graduated highschool do not have to be enrolled in college.

consist of a talent segment: Mr. Ebony U.S.A®, and Ms. Ebony U.S.A®. Therefore, the competition divisions
that do consist of a talent segment are: Miss Ebony U.S.A®, Mr. Ebony U.S.A Teen®, Miss Ebony U.S.A Teen®, Miss Ebony U.S.A
Jewel®, and Mr. Ebony U.S.A Debonair®.
