	Official State Preliminary Competition’s   There may be an official preliminary Miss Black America, U.S.A®  Pageant in your state, in which you can compete for your official coveted M.B.A.U.S.A state title exclusively under the Miss Black America, U.S.A pageant system (state titles include: Miss Black Oregon, M.B.A.U.S.A; Miss Black Arkansas, M.B.A.U.S.A; Miss Black Michigan, M.B.A.U.S.A; etc.) in order to qualify to represent your state in the national Miss Black America U.S.A® Pageant. An opportunity of a lifetime.   For any state without a local Miss Black America, U.S.A®  preliminary pageant at this time, there will be a mail-in or live audition and interview competition conducted before a professional trained panel of preliminary judges (consisting of acclaimed corporate and entertainment industry leaders); thus, still allowing you to have the opportunity to qualify to compete in the national Miss Black America, U.S.A®  Pageant.   State Preliminary Winners Receive Endorsed M.B.A.U.S.A State Titleholder Representation Package (Also Includes Appearance Management & Platform Promotion) Scholarship Sponsorship & Trip To Compete In The National Pageant (Awarded To State Pageant Winners) Certificate Toward Sponsorship & Trip To Compete In The National Pageant (Awarded To State Panel Audition/Interview Competition Winners) Official M.B.A.U.S.A Nationals Competition Package  Official M.B.A.U.S.A Distinguished State Titleholder Crown Official M.B.A.U.S.A Embroidered Rhinestone State Titleholder Sash Official M.B.A.U.S.A State Titleholder Trophy Nationals Rehearsals Banner Capital Edutainment Academy Pageant Training Prestigious Prizes* Awards*   *Sponsored prizes and awards are subject to fulfillment by each sponsor. 	Three Age Divisions: The Miss Black America, U.S.A® Delegates ages 18 to 33, single/not married   The Miss Black America, U.S.A Teen® Delegates ages 12 to 17   The Mrs. Black America, U.S.A® Delegates 25 and up, married     ***All must be a natural born female,   in good health and moral character. ____________________ ***Applicants over the age of 17 who have graduated highschool do not have to be  enrolled in college.

YOUR FIRST STEP   Compete In Your State Preliminary   STATE PRELIM'S REQUIRE NO APPLICATION FEE.  NO ENTRY FEE.  COMPETE IN THE PAGEANT FOR FREE.  YES, FOR FREE.   *No previous pageantry experience necessary whatsoever. **Applicants over the age of 17 who have graduated highschool do not have to be enrolled in college.   For 2010-2011state preliminary consideration (Mrs., Miss, and Teen) in the Miss Black America, U.S.A® Scholarship Pageant system please send all of the following to Info@MissBlackAmericaUSA.org  with "Miss Black America, U.S.A Pageant" in the subject line of your email : (Applicants under the age of 18 must have parental guidance and include parents names and contact info.)   -Your full name -Clear headshot photo (no website link) -Clear bodyshot photo (no website link) -Physical mailing address with zip code -Phone number with area code -Age -Birthdate (month, day, year) -Email address -Website URL (if applicable) -Exactly how did you find out about this pageant? (source: who, what, where, how) -If you are under the age of 18 list your parents/guardian name(s) -If you are a student list school, current year, major  -Current occupation. And career goals -(If applicable) List any and all pageants that you have ever competed in or been a part of, including the year of each, and what you placed -If you are married list how many years, your maiden name, and your anniversary -Why do you want to enter the Miss Black America, U.S.A Scholarship Pageant, or Mrs. Black America, U.S.A Scholarship Pageant? -If you are under 18 years of age, why do you want to enter the Miss Black America, U.S.A Teen Scholarship Pageant? -If chosen to compete in the M.B.A.U.S.A  pageant system, what would be your Platform and why?   **If you'd like you may mail your submission to us instead.
