/ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS --Client will
provide an appropriate place for the performance/service that is in good physical condition,
meets applicable safety requirements and has adequate heating, ventilation, lighting. In addition, Client will provide
technical supplies needed when and if necessary: (Microphones, lighting, chairs, pull down screen, projector), when applicable.
Client will allow sufficient time before show/program for sound check with equipment set up. EXCLUDING DRAMA
TEAM & SUPREMES BOOKINGS: IF ANY - Hair, makeup, nail requirements, wardrobe
preparations (including possible fittings) AND billing special requirements must be specified in writing and on addendum to
this Booking Contract upon booking. REPRODUCTION
OF PROGRAM --The program
may not be reproduced in whole or part, by broadcasting, photographing, videotaping, tape recording, or any other means without
the prior written consent of CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director, in addendum to this Contract. PROMOTIONAL
MATERIALS -- Client shall
utilize the information from www.CapitalEdutainment.org to develop promotional materials before day of service via written
permission provided by CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director in addendum to this Contract. CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT may or may not sell
T-shirts, calendars, CDs, books, tapes, and souvenirs adhering to the consent of the Client.
This can be agreed upon between CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT and Client. GUARANTEED
COMPENSATION -- Client agrees
to pay Total Fee for services provided by CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT as indicated on the CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Service Information
Sheets. -For ANY and
ALL bookings for CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT services outside of California or Illinois a DEPOSIT of (30%) is due 3 weeks before performance
date, unless finalized otherwise with Director of CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT. --Total
due for any and all CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT performances/services before time of performance. -- Performance
Service Cost must be paid in full on the day CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT
services are performed. ****Overtime
Rate: Time and a half must be paid for bookings that are before 9:00 a.m., and on major Holidays, as well as overtime performance
work at location of booking extending time frame specified on Service Information
Sheets. -- Make checks,
money orders, payable to CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT. (Promotional
Performances [separate contract] are excluded; complimentary with only travel and food to be paid.) *One Promotional
Performance per Clientele category per year. Inquire today.* TRANSPORTATION - Travel expenses and transportation are required to be paid and arranged for bookings
outside of Chicagoland and --Transportation
must be finalized three weeks before booking date. CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director provides transportation options in writing to Client after research is done. Best means of getting to place of booking is discussed
between CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director and Client. ---Chicagoland
area Bookings may require transportation costs compensation only. --Client pays
for transportation in advance, before booking date. Documentation is provided to
Client as proof of costs and time of travel, and/or gas. Upon covering transportation, Client must verify this with CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director. MEALS/LODGING - For Bookings outside of --When applicable,
meals and lodging are paid for or provided by the Client on performance date(s). --Upon lodging
needs, at least three weeks before booking date (s), Client also agrees to finalize, reserve and pay full cost of lodging,
and verify this with CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director via receipts no less than 2 weeks before booking date(s). CANCELLATION/BEST
EFFORTS --CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT
or Client may cancel this contract only if CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT or Client cannot meet its obligations under this contract because
of an Act Of God or other legitimate cause beyond the control of CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT or Client. However, CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT
and Client agree to use their best efforts to see that the booking takes place as provided in this contract. Tax I.D. available
upon paid booking. SIGNATURES
of Authorized Client and CAPITAL EDUTAINMENT Director are hereby signed in attestation of full understanding and agreement
